  • Prepare RFP responses and proposals for MEP scope

  • Produce construction drawings and specifications for projects

  • Oversee project deliverables and coordination 

  • Review contractor bids for scope of work, cost, & leveling 

  • Oversee construction administration including RFI's & SD's

  • Perform site visits and punchlist's for owners and contractors

  • Assist and mentor junior staff on projects and design solutions
